Hilary J. Zedlitz

Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. candidate in political science at the University of Michigan. My research interests are in American politics with focuses in religion and politics, research methods, political psychology, and pedagogy. At UM, I have been a Graduate Student Instructor (GSI), Instructor of Record, Graduate Student Research Assistant (GSRA), and a Graduate Advising Intern at UM's Office of National Scholarships and Fellowships. I also work at the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching as a Graduate Student Instructional Consultant.  

Prior to coming to UM, I worked as an assistant academic advisor for honors students at my alma mater, the University of Arkansas, and as an Assistant Port Chaplain in Seattle, WA. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with majors in honors political science and Middle East studies and minors in Arabic and economics.
